We harvested the grape on three different days.
30% whole bunch pressed, 50% a day on skin, 20% two weeks skin contact. Bottled without filtering or fining, no sulfites added. 600 bottles

Juhfark 2019 (NATURAL WINE)

This was the first harvest from this vineyard. The young vines struggling with the seasons, and deers on a stony, basalt ground. The grape was fermenting for two weeks on skin, and it was bottled without filtering or fining, no sulfites added. 230 bottles

Olaszrizling 2019 (Natural wine)

We harvested this beautiful Olaszrizling with friends, and family. This is always a beautiful day of the year. Whole bunch pressed, and than 9 month on lees. Bottled without filtering or fining, no sulfites added. 600 bottles

Chardonnay 2019 (Natural wine)

The harvest a very nice Chardonnay in the end of September. 2 weeks skincontact, 1 month in barrel, bottled without filtering or fining, no sulfites added. 230 bottles

Szívhangok 2018

Szívhangok (Sounds of heart) is a cuvée from Jufark, Hárslevelű, Olaszrizling.  Juhfark had 1 day skincontact, hárslevelű had 4 days, Olaszrizling was whole bunch pressed. The name comes from the respect, because my father is a Cardiologist. 800bottles
